ENGLISH ALBUM OF 2023 WINNER!

Thirty Seconds To Mars 6th studio album, “It’s the End Of The World, But It’s A Beautiful Day”, was released on the 15th of September 2023. It received many mixed reactions as this sounded quite different compared to past albums/song released by them. Personally I think it’s great because I never liked their older stuff very much but I really like this.

My absolute favourite thing from this album is the vocal layering when listening, especially on headphones, it just sounds amazing and I haven’t heard many other songs with such incredible sounding vocal layering.

When listening to this album for the first time I got chills for every song. My jaw was metaphorically on the floor for the whole album.

And while reading some other reviews on this album personally I think people are giving this album a lot of hate for not a lot of reason. I don’t personally know much about the artists so maybe that’s it but based on sound I think this was a great album. I think people dislike it because this doesn’t resemble much of their earlier music, so those who were expecting that will have been taken aback, but as someone who never really liked their older stuff this was great.

But that all aside I really did enjoy this album a lot. It has songs I can sing very loudly too along with songs that are easily danceable to, with my personal favourite song being “Life Is Beautiful”.

Honestly picking a winner for this year was VERY difficult but the vocal layering in this album ultimately made this album the winner.
