ENGLISH ALBUM OF 2023 5th PLACE

So Much (For) Stardust is the eighth studio album for Fall Out Boy, and was released on March the 24th 2023. The album contains guitar-orientated pop rock and pop punk sounds which is quite similar to some of their first works as a group. Their last release was the 2018 album “Mania”, but since then they have been silent on new music until this year.

The album received positive reviews upon release and many agree this was a good album-some calling it Fall Out Boy’s best album in 15 years.

I personally think this was an amazing album. I love Fall Out Boy music and went through a phase where I listened to tons of their music. I was a bit sad when I realised they weren’t making new music so you can imagine my excitement when a new album was released for the first time in 5 years.

It definitely sounds like classic Fall Out Boy with those lyrics you could just scream and that guitar rock feel. I could listen to this all day on repeat and I wouldn’t get bored of it. Each song is incredible.

I can’t say I loved the lyrics in every single one of these songs but a large amount of them had really nice lyrics and if you really pay attention there are even some references to past songs of theirs.

Overall I think this deserves a place in the English Album of 2023 category. It was an incredible album and I personally love it very much.
