BEST MALE K-POP SOLO RELEASE OF 2023 3rd PLACE

Rover is the third EP released by KAI, member of boy group EXO, and was released on the 13th of March on 2023.

Not many people who are into k-pop haven't seen the viral dance or heard the title song "Rover", because when this was released it was everywhere.

The b-sides on this are actually really good. Despite Rover being so popular none of the other tracks were as advertised as much as "Rover", so unless you went to go listen to the album you wouldn't have heard any of them.

I really like "Black Mirror" and "Bomba" as side tracks. I haven't really listend to KAI's stuff till this came out (I listened to EXO just not KAI's solo stuff), and I remember being pleasantely surprised when I really liked the songs.

"Rover" is actually a remake though of the song "Mr. Rover" by DARA. SM Entertainment bought the rights to the song and remade it for KAI, and I have to say I like what they did with the song.
