Over The Moon is the 2nd Mini Album by female soloist LEE CHAE YEON, and was released on the 12th of April 2023.

Opening with the intro "Line by Line" it really sets an upbeat vibe for the whole mini album, and it makes it all feel very "summer-y".

The next song is "KNOCK", and is the title track for this mini album. This is my favorite song from the whole release and I've been listening to it on repeat. I can't get it out of my head, in a good way, and would be in the top songs by a female soloist that I really like.

However there are other songs in this Mini and if I'm completely honest is probably the reason this isn't further up the list because I didn't enjoy these other songs anywhere near as much as I love "KNOCK", but that's not to say I hate them though.

"I Don't Wanna Know" was okay but there was some specific sound effects used through it that really grate on the ears so I can't really listen to it, without just kind of feeling annoyed by it.

"Don't Be A Jerk" was much more enjoyable to listen to. I saw someone compare it to GOT7's stuff and I can definitely see that. This is probably my second favorite song on this release beside from "KNOCK".

Then we have the final song "Like A Star" which is a beautiful ballad like song dedicated to her fans and it's very nice to listen to. I do have to say though is that all these song's didn't really feel very cohesive so there is that, but on the other hand I do appreciate the variety.

Overall this release for me was very lead by "KNOCK" for it's ranking in the awards.
