Hello everyone,
So yesterday as you may of heard I finished Eureka (Today’s post has the details) and to replace said show I have instead begun Arrow. I have watched the first 4 episodes so far.
The following paragraphs are my thoughts on the show:
It is a DC superhero show so obviously it is going to be dark and brooding and the main character is going to have a troubled past but I love superheroes so it’s fine.
Everyone is so mad at Oliver for “not opening up” and “not wanting to take over the company” yada yada yada, but give the guy a break! I mean come on he has spent 5 years FIVE YEARS! On a remote island, all alone (as far as they think anyway) with no outside communication, missing his family, going through who knows what and being severely traumatised and you want him to open up? Come people it has been two weeks give him time to settle back in.
Why is the man shirtless all the time? I mean like yeah we get it he has scars and is strong. We don’t need to see his abs all the time. Honestly.
I don’t know if anyone else noticed but when me and my friend watched the pilot while Oliver was on the island at one point you could see Deathstrokes mask (You know DC’s Deadpool?) and I now want to know if that was on purpose or not. (I mean obviously it was on purpose but did it mean anything?) (Surely it did.) (Was it meant to be deathstrokes mask though or not?) (The show is so full of mystery.)
And those are my thoughts on the show. I am sure as I watch on I will have some more thoughts to share but that is all for now.
