Hey everyone,
If you haven’t heard of a website called Heygo, it is a platform where tour guides from all over the world run free, tip-supported tours. I regularly go to tours on Heygo, and I thought I should start sharing some of them with you!
I went on a tour with Matt in Hong Kong, and we went to the 10,000 Buddhas Monastery (which actually has 13,000!). Matt was great with telling us as much as he could about the Buddhas while having to climb over 400 steps up a very steep hill! Needless to say, he was out of breath but still did a great job of giving us great pictures and some information. He wasn’t able to take us into the temple itself but the walk up to the temple had hundreds of buddha’s down each side. I took a few pictures, but they hardly have even a fraction of what we saw. Each and every buddha was completely unique and it was amazing to have a look. My personal favorite was the one with the incredibly long arm. I’m not sure why its arm was so long but I liked it. Which one is your favorite?
